Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings help us prepare staff, animals and session arrangements in advance.
Cancellations By Guests
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as early as possible.

Animal Experiences
As RC Homestead is a real working farm, animal behaviour and interactions may vary from visit to visit.
Specific animals, activities or interactions cannot be guaranteed during every session.
Refunds will not be provided due to changes in animal behaviour, weather conditions or personal expectations
Arrival Times
Guests are encouraged to arrive on time for their booking.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and may not qualify for refunds.
