Welcome to RC Homestead Animal Encounters. By visiting our property, making a booking or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bookings
All visits to RC Homestead operate by booking only.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Session times, experiences and animal interactions may vary depending on weather, animal wellbeing and operational requirements.
RC Homestead reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings when necessary
Payments & Cancellations
Payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or changes to bookings may be subject to notice requirements. In the event of severe weather, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled.
No-shows or late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeited bookings
Animal Interactions
All animal encounters are supervised.
Animals can behave unpredictably, and guests enter the property understanding that interaction with animals carries inherent risks including scratches, bites, slips or other injuries.
Guests must:

RC Homestead reserves the right to end a session if unsafe or inappropriate behaviour occurs.
Property Safety
RC Homestead is a working farm environment.
Guests acknowledge that farms contain uneven ground, mud, fences, gates, wildlife, insects, farm equipment and other natural hazards.
Visitors enter the property at their own risk.
Closed or restricted areas must not be entered unless authorised by staff.
Children
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of children attending the property.
Photography & Social Media
Guests may take personal photos and videos during their visit.
RC Homestead may occasionally use photos or videos taken during experiences for marketing or social media purposes. If you do not wish for images featuring you or your child to be used, please notify staff during your visit.
Website Use
All website content, images, branding and materials remain the property of RC Homestead unless otherwise stated.
Website content must not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC Homestead is not liable for injury, loss, damage or personal property incidents occurring during visits to the property.
Guests accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of children under their care.
